So I just tried to nuzlocke Pokemon Emerald it didnt take too long for some of my team members to die.It didnt phase me yet since I caught some more and then they died.Suddenly it dawned to me how torturous this actually is.You cant even reuse any fucking mon that died meaning its possible to not mon locked in a run.It was going great until fucking Wattson killed everyone.

I then took the time to realize I wasnt having fun it didnt make the game any more challenging all it did was make the game more unbearable. ALL THIS SHIT DOES IS FORCE NOTHING BUT LEVEL GRINDING.

WHY? EVEN WITH STRATEGY IF YOU ARE AN EQUAL LEVEL WITH THE GYM LEADER THEN THE CHANCES OF ALL YOUR PARTY ARE SLIM.

Last month I did a neutral run it means not using supereffective moves in trainer battles EVER and this surely did make the battle fucking harder infact Lance and Blue were unstoppable without SE moves.All this did was force me to level grind until I said fuck it and broke the code.

Nuzlockes are challenging they are pure mental torture of the highest level.

Can someone suggest me less mental tortury challenge runs?
