But if you to make it especially blind, you would want to do B/W, only new Pokemon appear in the main story whereas Platinum has many Pokemon you must already be familiar with.

Platinum is generally agreed to be the hardest to Nuzlocke so if you're looking for a challenge go with it. It's one of the best Pokemon games so you should enjoy yourself.
