Halving the number of winners in Europe STILL gives them nearly the best ratio of winners:participants (it probably WILL be the best by the end of the week if Japan's participation numbers increase enough).
Also, hypothetically raising NA to 25k winners would still result in it having the worst.
Naturally, Eurofags still whined about how "unfair" this is.
