This is one of my favorite Pokemon designs, yet it is not a fighting type and is very week. Hopefully it'll get a mega evolution soon.

Unfortunately, Pokemon that could be made actually usable if they got a mega have been in the minority of Pokemon that end up getting megas.

Yeah enjoy your 50% stealth rock damage and weaker defenses before you mega evolve. And enjoy it being utterly useless if the mega happens to be shit becauss you can't use other megas in your team now.

Why the fuck do people want mega evolutions instead of regular evolutions again?

It was just unfortunate enough to be a gen 2 pokemon and wasn't built to be viable competitively. They just mirrored the bug/flying bug/poison thing from the gen 1 bugs.
