Sinnoh's design are the some of the better designs of the pokemon trainers.

Unova's nate and rosa are terrible. Rosa has that wierd hair thing that looks looks donuts. They both look like joggers and ready for running. But thats not the most fashionable and seems to be a hasty last moment dress up before you leave the house

It just like they spend a lot of time mqking Hilda unique and qwesome yet cute in a way and then they realized they needed a boy desing, so they used the de same colors of Pt Lucas, gave him a cap and called it a day.
