Dragalge doesn't need Trick Room be viable. Its B+ in the viability rankings alongside stuff like Skarmory and Dragonite. Dragalge can pivot on many special attackers in OU with it's bulk and can annihilate them or some switchins not named Chansey(unless you manage to Knock Off/Trick her Evolite away).
