it's great in gens iii and iv, decent in gen v
sadly is completely overclassed in gen vi
should've gotten multiscale or the fairy type

In the only relevant format (read: VGC) with Contrary and a good IV spread and moves it's a great bulky water type due to all the intimidate around and all the shit that dies to scald burns or ice beams, with assault vest or sitrus berry. Beyond that I dunno.

Wait, Competitive is not a HA, so I can just use an ability capsule.
Though, is there any reason to bring a Milotic from Gen 3? Is there something it can only get in Gen 3 that might make it worth it?
