5BP for 10% accuracy isn't worth it

However, the 20BP difference for Fire Blast is worth it

If a meme is regurgitated loudly enough it, it can eventually turn into an egregore and warp reality. This was without a doubt demonstrated with Baneposting.

What we need to do is constantly call Noivern the pseudo-legendary of Kalos, and respond to any whining about Goodra as if that's just a lesser Dragon type or at least the second Kalos pseudo. Gooda's true and only Kalos pseudo status can NOT be allowed to become and ironic part of the meme. Apparently unawareness of the magic at work is important, so we'll also need to get lots of people parroting the meme without thinking about its origin.

If all goes according to plan, "something" will happen and Noivern will be retconned into a pseudo or get an evo with a 600 BST. Given the general negativity and immorality of the average anon fueling the egegore, be prepared for destruction and potential fatalities.

Hydreigon beats Fairy switch ins with Flash Cannon just fine. Goodra always runs Sludge Wave despite having Iron Tail as an option. Darkrai runs Sludge Bomb when it has Poison Jab. Fairies being mostly "specially defensive" doesn't mean jack shit when you have coverage to hit them super effectively. Also the majority of defensive fairies in the meta are invested in mostly physical bulk so they can check most Fighting and Dragon types easer. Standard defensive Clefable, Sylveon, and Altaria are always physically defensive or have mostly physical defense EVs when running special defense natures.
