Its not going to be Uber guys. Its too slow and physically frail to get the boot. And no priority and reliance to a Choice Scarf to actually outspeed things really hurts it from cleaning offensive teams with little support.

Thats false. It was never mentioned anywhere to hit past subs at all. Only Protect, Detect, King's Sheild, Spikey Shield, and Mat Block. The Hoopa user made a good play here.

Those very same things can be said about Crawdaunt, and it's stuck in BL. Doesn't even really deserve it, either, since Crawdaunt only really wrecks you if you sit around doing nothing and give it a chance to setup.

Unless it's banded Crawdaunt, in which case, just outspeed it, since it has shit defenses and shit bulk.

If you created a new Ubers, the exact same thing would happen

Lets assume Reshiram is a top tier threat in this "new ubers", with absolutely no opportunity cost in using. Mega Mawile is still garbage in that meta because its so overrun by Reshiram.

Not everything banned to Ubers can have a place to shine, it's something you're going to need to get over.

But if you're still convinced it would save mons being in low tier Uber hell, actually bring it up with the Smogon owner, Chaos, and not /vp/

Probably top tier OU, but it's flaws will keep it manageable and it will fall to low OU and eventually UU as the generations go by. Right now, basically nothing can switch in and eat a second hit thanks to the defense drop from Hyperspace Fury. It'll fuck stall pretty hard which is sad since this is the first generation stall has been truly viable in in awhile.

This thing absolutely crushes stall and does harm to balance. It only needs 4 attack EVs to match 252 attack Terrakion when they have the same natures.

Kyurem-Black also achieves this, but remember that Unbound Hoopa has a usable movepool that surpasses even some genwun normal specials. Absolutely Ubers, it is not healthy for OU.
