Greetings my beloved /vp/oreons.

Tomorrow i'm going to buy Pokemon HeartGold with his pokewalker, and i'm wondering what should i know about Silver Remake.

i never played Johto, i skipped that generation because i was too young to buy G/S/C and i was too poor to buy a R4/HG/SS cartridge. I'm wondering if there is a way to hack pokemons there, i would like my perfect team from Kanto.

Injecting isn't a possibility at all. You pretty much have the action replay to use anymore. Remember there's no way to go online with original ds games.

You can get the gen 1 starters later on the game.

Don't know if you can get more than one Eevee without breeding (but it's easy to do since the daycare route also have ditto to catch it), but you receive one Eevee as a gift.

Everything else you can catch it.

I must say though, anon. Half the joy of HGSS was the nostalgia, so I worry for you having not played the originals. GSC is probably the biggest nostalgia boner of the series.

If you're looking for a more definitive Kanto, give Fire Red or Leaf Green a try if you haven't already. HGSS Kanto (as well as GSC) is kinda barren compared to the original. No safari zone or cerulean cave are the first that come to mind, and the map itself is noticeably smaller in some areas. HGSS are good overall games, but if it's Kanto and then some you're looking for, give FRLG a try too.
