I mean the E4 and champ in GenWun had awful movesets, too.
The Exeggutor he may use doesn't even have one special attacking move and actually only has 3 moves...

It's not a new thing... Look at the moveset for Blue's Rhydon:
Horn Drill, Leer AND Tail Whip and Fury Attack.
I find this waaay more laughable.

At least the Hydreigon/Goodra here can be somewhat of a challenge, particularly if you do a nuzlocke.
