Even you're a dumbass and say those don't count, better ground type is Garchomp, and better Ice type is Weavile. Hell, Cloyster is a better Ice type. Ice types need to be fast as fuck or else they need to use priority to keep from getting smashed into itty bitty pieces from having all those weaknesses.
Mamoswine is a fantastic pokemon, don't get me wrong, but it's really more of a ground type than an ice type, and Garchomp is the best non-legendary ground type.
