Ehh...it could be good, but the fact that they're encountered so late in the game, and their stories are rather basic anyway, it could be bland. The only way it could be good would be if they pull an ORAS and give them a way they alter the world, or if they relunctantly save humans. The genies are boring, no matter how you slice it.

Hopefully a Mew plot in XY2 or whatever the next Kalos games will be called. The XYZ trio governs the ecosystem, and since Mew is an ancestor to most mons it could definitely fit.

Mew already has one, investigating the diaries in Cinnabar mansion, finding the missing pages, finding where exactly Mew lives, find a ship to take you there, explore the jungle. An expanded faraway island event.
Something similar could be done for Arceus and the Sinjoh ruins.

Delta Episode sucked on the sole purpose that everything was shit piss easy. The last battle with Zinnia could have been interesting, instead you can wipe out all her pokemon easily with Rahquaza.
