Nope, psychic is still fucked; it is 2x against two types, 0.5x against two types and completely blocked by another type on offense, while 0.5x against two types and 2x against three types on defense.

Introducing a third 0.5x on defense clears that, but offensively it's still subpar.

Make poison super effective against water

Make water super effective against steel

Make rock resist rock

Make rock resist fairy

Make ice resist flying and ground

Ghost types are still king when it comes to offense. Either make Steel resist it again (ideal) or Poison.

Less resistances or more weaknesses but something. Since steel is now also a good offensive type thx to fairy something has to be done

Steel's three weaknesses are Fire, Fighting and Ground, all fairly common and arguably some of the best offensive types
Since Gen 6 Steel resists 10/18 types rather than 11/17

It could use some rebalancing, but it's less of a problem than Water and Ghost

Stop trying to boost the ice type.

That type is only good because pretty much all the water types learn ice beam, and ice is great offensively.

But that's it. It will never become a better defensive type.

What we need is more glass cannon pokemon that are ice type.

For Psychic's offensive woes, I don't think there's much you can do and make a whole bunch of sense. And it's kind of a shame.

The alternative option would be to make the two types it does tackle offensively have an overall stronger presence.

Fairy is immune to dragon to stop the outrage spam of yesteryear. Without Dragon having a proper immune type, you can just dragon dance up and then spam outrage until you win.
