ey /vp/ can I play pokemon competitively ( not on a professional level but still competitive) with pokemon that dont have perfect DVs? I breed my pokemon in a way they have above average DVs, the highest being the one I need as highest, but getting every single one to 31 is way too much of a hassle imo
