now, vileplume is based on a rafflesia which stink badly and roserade is of course a rose which typically are known for smelling nice, so aroma veil would fit those two fine. heck aroma veil would probably fit skuntank. but it doesn't fit jumpluff.
oblivious blocks taunt, so if that was your intention with aroma veil then it will work.
