Are you guys at all worried about the effect it'll have on Pokemon? While Yokai Watch's popularity is massive and starting to take Pokemon's position in Japan, I don't think it'll outright beat Pokemon.
However, considering the game's popularity, isn't there a good chance it might negatively effect Gamefreak's design? I mean, the Youkai games are supposed to be pretty easy and made for an even younger audience, could Gamefreak end up dumbing down Pokemon even further to compete?
