I've gotten a bunch of information that relates to the new games, take it as real or fake, it's up to you.
>Southwestern Unova is the new starting point for the player who begins in Hiougi City, there's a Pokemon Center and Gym there
>you will receive your starter from an older Bianca who works as Juniper's Assistant, Starters are same as B/W
>it seems like Pokemon from all generations can be obtained, as Pokemon like Elekid and Riolu can be found early on
>the first Gym is in Hiougi and is run by Cheren, who uses Normal Types. Seems like Lenora isn't appearing this time.
>the second Gym is in another new city in Southwest Unova called Tachiwaki, run by a new Gym Leader called Homika that uses Poison Types
>there are hidden areas scattered throughout Unova that Bianca introduces you to, seems like they contain one Wild Pokemon or an Item that respawn every so and then, the first area you're introduced to has a Minccino with its DW Ability Skill Link
>there's a location in Tachiwaki known as Pokéwood, you can star in various movies there
>you make it back to the mainland of Unova after beating Homika, taking a boat to Castelia which hasn't changed much aside from a new sewer entrance filled with familiar Pokemon like Rattata and Zubat, the sewers also connect to part of Relic Castle
>Route 4 is very different depending on which version of the game you have, White 2's version appearing much more desolate with raging sandstorms like in the originals while Black 2 is almost like a town in the middle of a route
>Burgh and Elesa retain their Gym Leader roles
That's all I have at the moment, but keep an eye out for my posts.
