Off the top of my head, the PC version lacks almost all the features of the game (no story mode, no challenge tower like MK9's, no online) but it's all in the game, just greyed out, pirates can access is but actual players can't (except online of course; I hear the online netcode is awful as well). I haven't heard an explanation for why exactly this is all locked off on the PC version.

Half the veteran cast is gone because time skip; there's DLC like MK9, but it's shit like Predator and Jason instead of veterans.
They fucked Mileena's shit up and gave her some weird hybrid between her Tartarkan face and human lips.
One-button fatalities are available as microtransactions. 5 uses for $.99 or 30 for $4.99.
That's just what I've heard, some of it might not be true, the fatality microtransactions and on-disc Goro DLC is definitely true at least.
