Niche mons often make great counters for cookie-cutter teams, since your opponent never even considers them.

eg. Wigglytuff wrecks just about every Intimidate user on the planet. It's beautiful.

Worst case scenario you shouldn't even be battling people because that's competition.
Best case scenario you're supposed to be battling with like a non-EC trained HM slave or something. If you're not doing that shit, you're not really playing by karen.

tl;dr a karenmon is basically anything that isn't ubers or OU, or something that was chosen out of favoritism without having seen the tier list
