Naughty Nature
- Morning Sun
- Fire Blast
- Drill Run
- Wild Charge

Here is an offensive EV spread that should be able to maximize power while still outspeeding slower OU threats such as Gyarados and Excadrill. I actually think what you're going for is kind of weird, but whatever floats your boat.

Rapidash is one of my favorite Pokemon. Call me a Karenfag, but his moveset is incredible and has workable stats.
