-2 every turn for Speed Boost Simple Contrary
+2/-4 every turn for Moody
Stall makes it so it'll always go second in the same speed tier
Normalize into Aerilate into Gale Wings means it always has +1 Priority no matter what move it uses. (Not sure how Aerilate works with normal status moves?)
