I think the blood transfusion thing is a bit much, but I would absolutely love to have some sort of system to transfer stats from one pokemon to another. It could make early-game mons viable when combined with TMs and Move Tutors, and fix some mons with odd move pools that don't match their stats (High physical attack with all special moves, etc.) and just generally make the metagame much more interesting.

When you can pick any pokemon you like and transfer the stats of a powerful mon onto it then you can make some serious monsters. Imagine transferring Avalugg stats onto Shedinja. That thing would be a monster. Or transfer Weavile stats to Ledian to make a hard-hitting fast bug that looks awesome.

There's potential there, and it would allow people to use their favorite pokemon competitively without completely breaking everything. Obviously they'd have to limit things, like not being able to transfer legendary pokemon stats to other mons, but otherwise a Poke-Power Convertor wouldn't be a bad thing at all. If anything it'd keep people on their toes, because you'd never know what stats or spread to expect from an opponent. That Emolga could be packing a super-ramped defense and a bunch of support moves, or it might be super fast with lots of special attacks. You never know.

you can use syringes with blood in them to make a clone of that pokemon and order genetic modifcations based on how many badges you have like alt forms, certain stat alterations, gender swap, postgame can inject pokerus for a gigantic fee

I'm seriously surprised that we've never gotten Porygon formes. At this point it would make more sense to require it be evolved all the way to Porygon-Z, ala jailbreaking a phone or installing custom firmware and then being able to modify its code to allow for different abilities. One form could be built to tank, another to balance it's stats, one to change it to a physical attacker, etc. It would make tons of sense.
