Why is moe terrible at achiving this board?

Does anybody know why moe goes back to atleast 2012 for all other boards but for /vp/ it goes back to 2013?
I've seen threads on /a/ from 2008 archived and even the first post on /vg/ but this board has a shitload of content deleted.

Probably because /vp/ wasn't old enough or significant enough to warrant the resource usage.

It was made in the summer of 2010 when B/W was coming out soon and /v/ was spammed with pokemon.

because when someone claims they're going to archive a board, the other archives don't bother with it
someone was going to archive /vp/, and I believe they did, but then they stopped and didn't share data to the next people taking it over
