In XY, no. That cafe's pretty much the only quick level and money grinding spot you got.

ORAS has Blissey bases, but since I'm assuming you only have XY that isn't really an option for you.

In X and Y the cafes are probably the best way to grind xp, but in ORAS you can find a bunch of bases with suicide blisseys through QR codes, then use the trick where inviting the base owner to be your pal lets you battle them twice a day. Pic related, it's a set of blissey bases in the secret shore. (or at least it should be, haven't tested it out yet.)

Why is everyone saying the cafes? The Batttle Chateau is far and away the best place to level. There's a bit of initial time investment in ranking up, but once that's done with it's easily the quickest source of EXP and cash.
