So i am able to edit everything within the games files and just as proof i made a shadow lugia test, If you would also like to talk about othere kinds of oras rom hacks of course this is he thread for it :]

You currently cant make fakemon, because all you can do as of now is vert and texture editing to an already existing model in the game, and yes i shouldve changed the name of aeroblast to shadow blast lel topkek

Reminds me of how people when XY was announced were oh so certain the 3DS and this generation would NEVER be modified or exploited (or even pirated for that matter) in any way shape or form. Good to see how far we've come.

You could do something like that. I tried modifying Char X to have Char Y's color scheme, but I didn't feel like making it look good and I couldn't get the fire to display properly in Ohana3ds. Editing the fire and getting it to look good would also take too much time for me.

Model editing is finicky but texture editing is perfectly possible.

Then you can't do any of it.

What you need:
A 3ds on 9.2 or earlier firmware.
A Gateway. Sky3ds will not work.
Ohana3ds

Even if you obtained roms (decrypted or ecrypted with xorpads to decrypt), you would need a Gateway to play the edited version on your 3ds.
