same story, its about how much work is put into the games and then priorities assigned to different features. BF and customization didnt make it, simple as that.
BF is not something you jsut fucking "not include" in a game, unless its already made. HGSS had it because they made it in Platinum when they had pretty much nothing else to develop, same with Emerald. You want them to remake the whole game from scratch and also put in fancy sequel-postgame stuff like a full BF.
Just be fucking happy there wasnt a BF, because it would have been so rushed and awful youd be complaining about it just the same.
As for customization, its not like they can just copy/paste it like they did with ST/PSS/pokeami. it would require making it fit the new protagonists, add botiques, and naturally expand the wardrobe...
I mean what the fuck. You'll get both of those, a full blown BF and an expanded customization in the XY-sequels. ORAS were remakes for nostalgia-cash-milking, and you're being silly to pretend like you actually believe those were a realistic possibility for making it into the remakes.
