This. Shame Smash 4 wasn't made in Gen 5. I mean I'm glad Zoroark didn't get shoved down people's throats nearly as much as Lucario but I really like the concept of a fighter using illusions.

After his development in 64 started he had a chance, but since 64's release making Jiggs a member of the original 12 and the establishment of the original 12 being a thing

Mario gets ten fighters so I don't really see a problem, Pokémon is about the same tier as Mario popularity-wise.

At the least we should get Squirtle and Ivysaur back. Pichu should be an alt skin for Pikachu but not its own character.

I'm not including those because they all share the same slot and play identical.

The reason I didn't include Diddy was because he wasn't introduced until DKC; calling him a Mario character would be like calling Ashley a Mario character.
