I never liked ANY battle facility, no matter what it's name was. I have no preferences. You seem to believe that the Frontier was more difficult than the current facility because it added another layer to it. You also seem to believe this was why people wanted it so much. I can provide no input on the matter, admittedly, but it makes no difference to me. It's still competitive junk that I don't care for. I thought the only reason why they wanted it is they expected Emerald, and that is not what we got. We got teased about it, and of course everyone raged. While I may agree that they should've put it there, I will not agree that it would've instantly made it a good game. The same way I do not believe difficulty levels will satisfy everyone. Beyond the obvious camps, there are also the people who just don't care.
Regardless, you have done nothing to make me believe the battle facilities have become any easier. They will always be the ground of people who are only concerned about numbers. I refuse to do that. Of all my hatred, though, you will notice that I will still speak of it's presence as being what people seek in difficulty. Maybe it's not what you seek, but most would see it the same as I do. I hardly see it as the "dumbing down" that you do. If it was that severe, even idiots like me would not fear it. That is not the case. My opinion stands on the matter. The battle facilities remain difficult, and those saying that the game is not should go for that.
Me? My opinion on the matter goes far beyond the games, which I do not have a high opinion of alone. You see, I purposefully gimp myself. It is not like I am unaware of such things, I just refuse to use them, because I do not believe I should have to.
