Ecruteak because it is cool as shit with grand historical landmarks and myths, and it's a very central location so I could travel easily. Rustboro because again it's a pretty central location, has a trainer's school and is probably bustling with job opportunities if I ever need that sort of thing.

Hoenn is my favourite region but I love Johto/Kanto too.

This map doesn't quite fit game canon, since (I believe?) we know Sinnoh is north of Johto. But, still, I really like how Saffron, Celadon and Vermilion are basically a huge conurbation. That's really cool.

I always thought Azaela Town was so cozy. It's just down at the bottom of the map, forest on one side and cave on the other with a cute little well in the middle. It just seems like a little hermit spot. Nice and quiet, and I like bugs too.

Probably Fortree, since I've always been a fan of rainy weather, and treehouses sound awesome as fuck. Or just anywhere in Hoenn that isn't near Mt. Chimney (so basically anywhere that isn't Lavaridge and Fallarbor).

Oreburgh and Sunyshore would also be cool.

Tie between Veilstone or Sunyshore Cities. Veilstone for my waifu Maylene, cities design, and meteorites. Sunyshore because close to the ocean and electric gyms are really cool to me for some reason
