It already has Steam Eruption, it doesn't need another signature move.

If I had to guess, I'd say it gets a Primal. This is just based off of patterns and whatnot, but Hoopa and Diancie have covered 2 of the 3 major form changes (Megas and standard form change) so the only form change unused to this point is Primal. No pokedex entry supports that claim but I feel like it's only fitting the three Kalos events cover the three kinds of form changes.

I would say that if only Diancie got a mega, but then Hoopa got a form change. So it'd be pretty biased for lack of a better word if they left Volcanion as is. I know the entire argument for a Primal Volcanion is based off patterns but still.
