Megahorn: Megahorn is a really strong coverage move. It has high BP that covers the grass weakness along with a few others but the accuracy makes it a hit or miss on most sets more so than SE.
Hammer Arm/ Brick Break: Though not as comparable in damage, Hammer Arm and Brick Break are both really good in terms of utility and coverage. Hammer Arm is good for the Trick Room teams and Brick Break ends Reflect and Barrier defenses that can shut down some of his damage.
Thunder/Ice/Power-Up Punch: These are all great moves. Thunder Punch is good for some Water coverage but I think that Ice Punch is overall superior move due to Grass and Dragon coverage. Power-Up Punch is pretty experimental for me at this point but it makes for great set-up if you're running a strong support/tank comp.
(i'll give him ice punch and maybe thunder punch)
Counter/ Reversal: These are both really good if you're looking to run Fighting on your Rhyperior. Since he has low base Speed anyways, you're going to scale well with both of these moves depending on how well you can take a hit (which is pretty well).
Poison Jab/ Iron Head: Want Fairy coverage? Well Rhyperior has it, there isn't much use for these moves other than that but if you're anticipating Fairies then have at it.
Curse: If you're setting up Trick Room, this can be a strong supportive move. It doubly makes you faster in TR and makes you more monstrous.
