The problem you run into when trying to take over the world with Pokemon is that every second kid is a fucking trainer and a decent amount of them will likely kick your ass. Ghetsis tried to solve this, but he was a weak-ass bitch who didn't succeed.

For evil obviously. Think about how Team Plasma convinced nearly an entire nation to drop their friends and weapons with a few empty speeches. Be someone with a half decent knowledge of appeal to emotion and a decent amount of charisma for oration and you can convince Pokemon-world denizens to do anything.

Honestly Id become the Pokemon Champion of whatever region I lived in. Afterwards, Id open a Battle Frontier and invite talented trainers to run them. It would be pretty cool if the Battle Frontier had a secret boss that was unlocked after you beat all the facilities.

I would use them for good. If I started using them for evil, for example robbing a bank, everyone would start doing it and the police would use Pokemon as weapons etc etc.. Would be a huge mess and Pokemon would probably be illegal.

Yeah criminals in the series uses Pokemon for evil, but it would escalate differently in the real world.

By the way if I lived in the Pokemon world I still would use my Pokemon for good cus I am a friggin good little girl.

I would guess people could keep weaker ones, like something from the Stoutland line and being fine. But the stronger ones would definitely be illegal and/or require very special licenses.

Pokémon would be extremely limited. Not everyone would be allowed to have one.

Regarding legendaries I don't think it would be that much of a problem. In case 1 they would be too hard to catch and work like natural disasters.
Case 2 would have them locked away by the leading forces of the world. If some maniac got hold of one he would maybe manage to make a coup d'tat/civil war and become the new leading force somewhere or be terminated. Just like with nuclear weapons in real life.

It's not like everyone would run around with super powerful beings. Someone would eventually become superior and restrict others to keep control.

Realistically, how many Pokemon do you think sexually desire their trainer? They obviously need proper breeding material, so something like breasts and hips is something to keep in mind especially considering humans and Pokemon married in older times and must still do somewhere in the world today. Something as important as marriage wouldn't just be outlawed altogether.

So are humans in the Pokemon world capable of carrying eggs just like regular fetuses and squeezing them out once they're developed enough? Is that how women and male Pokemon lived together?

I'm going to say that the badge system is a game mechanic and nothing more. Pokemon'd still obey or disobey you if they wanted. You might have the power to send them back into a pokeball, but the moment you need them, they could turn that landscape-destroying power on you in a heartbeat.

The Poke Balls were reprogrammed to override the Poke Balls' security measure that prevents using it on a Pokemon already belonging to a trainer, similar to the Snag machine. I think it's briefly touched upon in the games and probably only in Red and Blue but the Player Character is implied to be really good at commanding pokemon and for almost everyone else it's not as simple and seamless as the game's mechanics make it out to be.

A lot of franchises kind of suffer from this when the fanbase discusses these sort of things. Is there a name for it? Like the powerlevel of the protagonists was already above average but that's what fans think of as average and think weaker individuals implicitly have some of the capabilities of the protagonists.

Maxing out affinity in Amie boosts Exp gain, boost critical hit rate, allows Pokemon to dodge attacks, and heal their own status conditions.
