>>23288074I would say the same thing, though maybe that's because the RS layout is just so ingrained in my head, and because you had to actually step on the non-ice in the right order to get past the ORAS version.
Though, gym puzzles as a whole are just an excuse to waste some time and force the player to fight some trainers so that the gyms were actually seen as a buildup to the leader fight, rather than just a single fight in a bland gym, like Jasmine.
