You already gave yourself an answer, sir. People WILL bash your work and you either take it in stride and work harder or you let it wreck you. Sides, you don't have to really shoot for a career in art and be like big artists or something to enjoy drawing but that's something that has to be true the other way around.

How seriously do you want to get good? I'd like to start off that you should consider taking more time with your drawing and getting down to the basics like constructions and shapes.
Start with smaller things as well like maybe simple Pokémon

Technical mumbo-jumbo probably won't matter at this point but one thing I could guess from your drawing is you seem to be murdering your paper. You gotta relax when you hold your pencil. Drawing is not like writing and you're likely to injure yourself if you keep that up.

Get a book on drawing and start from there, I guess. I would recommend Loomis but someone might get triggered lol
