You will always want to run Funny Face, it's his best set-up move and makes it MUCH easier to pull off Handstand when he needs to, which is going to be often.
Stretch Arms is usually useful, but just for you, so if you're in a 2v2 battle your partner won't benefit.
Oh, and have him hold an Air Balloon if you're going to run Inflate, that shit is devastating.
Just watch out for shit like Boomburst or sound based moves, this crazy kong is very much susceptible to them and it will fuck you over if you're not careful.
