the fact that froslass can do something m-banette - a mega - does and relies on to be the least decent, while many more things makes it good, just not amazing. still it's a very underlooked pokemon, and certainly better than a lot of things in uu right now
i see froslass as ou's venomoth. it's amazing with a proper team to back it up, so much that it was banned from it's current tier, instead of banning everything else
