Bullet proof doesn't mean the pokemon is LITERALLY bullet proof. It's clearly just a thematic name for a Pokemon with any sort of extraneous shield or armour capable of blocking projectiles like Chesnaught's armour.

Personally Escavalier would be a good fit. >>23309518
