I miss Shredders voice actor

To all who don't know. The Grovyle's voice actor who is actually REALLY good at his job started posting here. He's a cool dude too though he finds it hilarious how he ended up being paid to voice a Gay Grovyle

The only problem I have with this series is the creator chose to write gay characters not because he likes it but because "why not?" like some smart-ass. I can handle gay romance, I can't handle crowbar'd in sexualities.

I did some of the linework and cleanup a few years back. The workflow was bizarre.
Imagine if you were animating a full series with the following workflow;

Paint Tool Sai for sketches/images, layers for frames
Photoshop for special effects and assembling into a gif.
Import gif into Sony Vegas for sounds and final video.

Also he wasn't paid. He mentioned that feel when you see someone doing something and you just inexplicably want to get involved. I could relate, but linework was tedious and not worth the effort.

Yeah it's voluntary. Didn't get to hear from the other voices what had them stick around, but probably the same boat as Grovyle (Sonicmega I think?). I only really worked with Charmonic and did nothing that makes me as interesting as the actors.

I think I heard it referenced in a chat millions of years ago and started keeping an eye on it. I can't remember if approached or if he was publicly looking for assistance.
I didn't know about the workflow until I was outlining in Sai. I only did a few shots in e1p2, before the intro, then I stopped. It's bizarre to have even started though yeah. I can't really explain it.
