Considering how much the battle system for doubles has improved since gen 3 and Genius Sonority makes really solid games, I'd say an 8 or 9.

9/10. A new game for those series would be pretty welcoming since we'll never get Pokemon Stadium again.

Honestly, I'd be pretty excited for remakes (which would hopefully add more pokemon) of XD or Colosseum too.

Battle Revolution was meant to be the third one but Nintendo rushed the game out the door so they didn't get to make the story mode since they made the battle mode first.

The pokemon variety is weak compared to newer games, making multiple playthroughs too samey for the first few hours. It could be fixed by having branching paths early on or more choices in wild pokemon, but if there's too many wild pokemon the shadow ones stop being the focus of the game.
