Guess this is one of my threads now.
Just wanna point out that Raichu's +10 speed boost that made it immensely better in battle is a definite sign that GameFreak hasn't forgotten it or regretted its existence, Pikachu's just infinitely more popular as a mascot. Pikachu doesn't even need a mega what with all these cosplay forms and whatnot.

Look, I'm the first person to enjoy tooting my own horn, but you've gotta stop screencapping things just because it's me. Quality should be able to stand on its own.
