People often coverage and recovery, mostly because it can't stand much beating, specially after rocks. The chances to switch it safetly are slim, and once you do it, probably sonething is going to faint.
The best switches to fuck zard Y are Heatran and Typhlosion into Fire, Tyrannitar, Altaria and Politoad into Solarbeam.
Some AV sets can wall it. Av Slowking with Power Gem it's a nightmare to people used to normal Slowbro sets. It will switch into a fire, you'll belive that you will be able to one or two shot it, and that you can tank scald in the sun.
