It doesn't matter what topping the pizza has, but if there are no sliced green PEPPERS in abundance, it's not even pizza.
Other than the peppers, cheese and sauce that are a given, the best combination is smoked bacon and mushrooms. The meat may be something else but it has to be smoked and greasy, so no turkey slices or salami or suchlike bs.
Being Mediterranean, if I'm feeling naughty I'll have feta cheese, onions, fresh tomato slices and olives. Basil and oregano are a must on this combo too.
Served with cold beer if outside or milk if at home.
If I'm going to have a cheat day once a month, it should be done right.
