Scyther is basically Mega Rayquaza compared to all the other NFE's.

You're better off playing the LC tier on showdown.

You know, I wouldn't want them opening the can of worms that is NFE Megaevolution and then Pikachu overshadows Raichu even more, but if one NFE were to get it, Scyther would be deserving. It and Scizor have the same BST, I feel like they were meant to be treated as equals.
