Toxic, fire spin, fire blast, stomp. The only way to win with Rapidash is to play the combo cuz firespin in gen 1 prevents the other user from moving. Stomp with fliniching plays into the combo but is still risky. The trick is to get as much damage done with toxic fire spin and finish off with the other move. However, tangela, dragonite, and a few others run that game much better.
