I do, I use it basically every time I play through Black or White 2.

Elemental fang along with some other moves, so amazing and so fun to use, best dogmon.

My favorite of all the early route Pokemon, though I tend to not like early route Pokemon at all so this itself makes Stoutland notable for me. It even got a nice base attack buff this generation and Play Rough. Intimidate lets it attempt a bulky set + adds some viability for doubles and Sand Stream lets it do an inferior Excadrill. It has a hard time around Steel Pokemon though.

I use banded Sand Rush and a support set in doubles because 85/90/90 bulk, Intimidate and only one weakness is pretty good
