I'm working on this project right now.
N leaves Unova and travels over the other regions defeating every villain team and champion with his Yin Yang dragons.
He fights Giovanni which remembers him of Ghetsis and he is again victim of his own depression because Giovanni is also an alpha character and despise weaknesses as homosexuality for example, however everything changes when N meets Silver which is Giovanni's evil dad. They struggle and flinch at first but then find a harmonious relationship even if Silver is bisexual and N dislikes it for not being a full gay person and is Jelly of Lyra and Karen that is an occasional character with a deviant mind.

How's the idea of this project so far?

I still need a final for this chapter.

I like Alain, but I would have expected Sina and Dexio having some major plot, even being the actual Kalos champions. Would have been perfect for a Pokemon Mega Evolution anime special too.

But I know GF has already thought and teased as with their characters being specifically left for the sequel / third version.
