We've seen GF experimenting with mature plots in pokemon with Gens 5 and 6 with N, Team Plasma, the Kalos king AZ with his immortal floette, Team Flare, the shauna "date", Zinnia, the Delta Episode etc.
However, these were all received terribly and pokemon is still called kiddie when compared to SMT IV and FE.
So I ask you all: Would a mature themed pokemon be a very successful game and be a top selling game in the franchise's history or will it be an epic failure to the likes of Sonic 06 and Superman 64?
