It wouldn't necessarily even reach ubers at that point, considering how common moves to work around that ability are. Do you not know what CONTACT is in Pokemon? A Scarfchomp has a 98% chance to OHKO it with Earth Quake, while simultaneously outspeeding. Fire Blast (another common move on 'chomp) has an even better chance at a OHKO if you invest in Special Attack (which is admittedly retarded, but doesn't detract from that EQ KO chance)
Let's not forget that Stone Edge is a ridiculously popular move, and so is Scald (which insta-cures it, even if you use it). Almost half of all OU Pokemon have access to Scald, a fire type attack, or Stone Edge, and even more have even easier ways of dealing with it, especially megas.
This ability affects 2 Pokemon negatively, and they need it the most. Those are Bisharp and Landorus, and that's only the most common Landorus set. Lando-T with Chansey support (common) OHKO's the Jynx evo, switches out immediately, and then gets healed by Chansey.
Do you not have the ability to theory craft properly? Of course not, you only know what it's like on /v/. Have a go at Pokemon Showdown and actually manage to put a well made team together before you begin talking.
