XY clothes are attachable parts that are merged into model bones.
Maybe this model it's more simple to those attach parts than the other one with the skirt

Whoops. I just noticed this model has a shape key applied to it. You'll have to set that particular shape Key to 0, if you know how to do that. If not, ignore it. It looks better with it.

Still headgear but those aren't hats. I'd rather wear something like a headband or simply have sunglasses instead of being forced to wear caps, fedoras or ugly ass beanies.
